How can I earn Desk Dollars?
Desk Dollars can be earned through taking any one of the below specific actions:
- Shopping online – earn 1 Desk Dollar for every $1 spent
- Leaving a website product review – earn 50 Desk Dollars for every product review left
- Referring a friend – earn 200 Desk Dollars for every friend who purchases using your unique referral link
How can I find out how many Desk Dollars I have?
The Desk Dollars Rewards Program launched on 29 January 2023 and is set up to automatically allocate Desk Dollars for purchases made retrospectively from 1 January 2022. So if you have purchased since then, you will already have Desk Dollars in your account.
To find out how many Desk Dollars you have, you will need to sign in to your account, or if you haven’t previously created one, register for an account here using the email address you have used to place previous orders.
How long are Desk Dollars valid for?
Desk Dollars will expire 365 days from the date they were earned, so be sure to redeem your Desk Dollars for discounts and place another order before they expire. If you had Desk Dollars applied to your account retrospectively when the Desk Dollars Program first launched, they will expire on 31 December 2023. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before your Desk Dollars expire.
How do I redeem my Desk Dollars for a discount?
Once you have minimum 100 Desk Dollars, you are eligible to redeem them for a discount code. To do this, you will need to log into your account, click on the Desk Dollars Rewards Program and enter how many Desk Dollars you would like to redeem. This will generate a unique discount code for you to use on orders over $50. The discount code provided must be applied at checkout for the discount to be valid.
What is the minimum order total required in order to use a Desk Dollars discount code?
Desk Dollar discount codes can be used on any order over $50.
What is the maximum Desk Dollars discount code that can be applied per order?
A maximum Desk Dollars discount of $25 (500 Desk Dollars worth) is redeemeable per order. If you have more than 500 Desk Dollars in your account, the remaining Desk Dollars will be saved to redeem for a discount code for use on a future order.
How do I leave a review?
First login to your account, then navigate to the wesbite page of the product/s you have purchased. Scroll down to the reviews section. Write your review, press submit and the applicable Desk Dollars will be added to your Desk Dollars account balance.
How do I refer my friends?
To earn Desk Dollars for referring a friend, they will need to follow your unique referral link when placing their order. You can find your unique referral link for you to share with your friends, by logging into your account. Once they have ordered, both you and your friend’s Desk Dollars balances will be updated to reflect your additional earnings.
Why did my Desk Dollars balance go down?
There are a few reasons why your Desk Dollars balance might go down. Either yourself or one of your friends who you referred has cancelled or had their order refunded, or 365 days has passed since you earned your Desk Dollars, and they have expired.
Can I use my Desk Dollars discount at the same time as another discount code?
Desk Dollars discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code/s unless otherwise stated.
Can I combine Desk Dollars that have been earned across multiple email addresses?
If you have used multiple different email addresses to place previous orders, your Desk Dollars will be allocated to each email address/account separately. Unfortunately Desk Dollars across different email addresses or accounts can not be combined or transferred.
How does Desk Dollars work with subscription boxes?
The Desk Dollars Rewards Program does not apply to subscription box purchases as a different checkout process is applied. Subscription box purchases do not earn Desk Dollars and you can not use Desk Dollar discounts on subscription box purchases.

To earn Desk Dollars for leaving a product review, customers must be logged into their account when leaving the review on the relevant product page. Desk dollars earned for referring a friend will only apply if the friend has placed an order using your unique referral link found in your account and will only be allocated once they have placed their order. (2) If returns or refunds occur, Desk Dollars previously allocated will be automatically removed from the system. (3) A minimum spend of $50 is required to be eligible to use Desk Dollars discounts. A maximum Desk Dollars discount of $25 is redeemable per order. (4) Discount code provided must be applied at checkout for the discount to be valid and can only be used for online orders. If the discount code is not applied at checkout, customers are still able to use the discount code on their next eligible purchase, before the Desk Dollars expire. (5) Desk Dollars discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other discount code/s unless otherwise stated and can not be used for subscription boxes. (6) If there are any issues redeeming or applying your Desk Dollars discount code pre-purchase, please contact us as discounts are not able to be applied post purchase. (7) Desk Dollars will expire after 365 days. (8) Desk Dollars discount codes can not be transferred, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned.
