Australian Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75.

Flat rate $10 for orders less than $75.

Express shipping is also available for $15.

  • Orders are shipped via Aramex courier unless they are being delivered to a rural address, a PO BOX, or you have chosen express shipping in which case it will be shipped via Australia Post.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and your order will then take approximately 2-6 business days to be delivered. Express orders will take 1-2 business days to be delivered.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.
  • For updates, please use the tracking link provided.

New Zealand Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100.

Flat rate of $15 for orders less than $100.

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and your order will then take approximately 7-12 business days to be delivered.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.
  • For updates, please use the tracking link provided.

Orders are unable to be shipped outside of Australia and New Zealand at this stage.

MONOGRAMMING
Make your stationery uniquely yours with monogramming! You can add monogramming to your product by choosing the ‘add complementary monogramming’ option at the top of this page.

  • Choose up to 2 letters (with no spaces). All monogramming will be uppercase in Times New Roman font.

  • Choose from signature gold, silver or rose gold foil colour. Please note the On Her Desk logo will be gold on all products.

  • Monogramming will be centered on the front flap of the pen pouch, as pictured.

SENDING AS A GIFT?

No receipt or paperwork is sent out with any orders which makes them perfect to send directly to your gift recipient.

To send products as a gift, please ensure you:

  • Provide the recipient’s name and address as the shipping information, at checkout.

  • If you are sending multiple gifts to different recipients,  place each gift as a separate order to ensure your gifts are sent to separate addresses.

Make it personal.

You can also choose to add a luxury greeting card to your order from the options below and enter a personalised message to be handwritten inside, for just $5. Just choose the ‘add greeting card’ option at the top of this page.

RETURNS
  • If you are not satisfied with your order once received, you can be offered an exchange. Please contact support@onherdesk.com.au to discuss this in the first instance. You will then need to return the product/s in the same condition as they arrived. Please note, exchanges are unable to be offered on monogrammed products as monogramming is a completely personalised finish.

  • If your order has arrived damaged or with major faults or defects, please send an email to support@onherdesk.com.au as soon as possible providing photos, so you can be offered a replacement or refund.
