Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Shipping costs are based on the country your order is being shipped to.
AUSTRALIA
For orders being shipped to Australia, free standard shipping is available on all orders over $125 and a flat standard shipping rate of $10 will be added to all orders under $125.
An express shipping option is also available for all Australian orders for $15 (regardless of total order amount).
INTERNATIONAL
International shipping is available to Europe, the UK, Canada, USA and New Zealand. International shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and shipping address and you can choose from standard or express shipping options.
If you would like to have your order shipped to another country not listed above, please email info@onherdesk.com.au with your shipping address and what you would like to order, so a shipping quote can be provided.
Import taxes and duties are not covered in the price of your order or shipping. Some countries may require payment of import taxes and duties to release the order into your country. If this applies to you, you will be contacted by your local postal service and will be directed to where you can make payment. Once payment has been made, your order will be delivered. Please check your country’s import taxes and duties prior to placing your order. Any additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, within 2-3 business days (including monogrammed orders). Please note, order processing timeframes may be extended during peak sale periods or product launches.
Estimated shipping times are below however please note once your order has been provided to the shipping company, the shipping timeframes are unfortunately out of our control and we can not provide any guarantees on the date your order will be delivered and can not be held responsible for any lost items in transit.
If you require your order to be delivered by a certain date, we highly recommend choosing the express shipping option.
Australia
Most standard shipping orders will arrive within 2-6 business days from dispatch, and express shipping orders will arrive within 1-2 business days from dispatch.
International
Shipping timeframes for international orders are stated at checkout. Please ensure you consider our 2-3 day business day order processing time and add this to the shipping timeframe displayed.
TRACKING
All orders are shipped with tracking so you can check on the status of your order at any time.
Once your order has been provided to the shipping company, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information (check your junk folder if you haven’t received anything). Please use this tracking information for updates on when your order will arrive.
POSTAL ADDRESSES
It is your responsibility to check your postal address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not liable for any purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing or re-shipping your order will occur at the customer's expense.
SHIPPING PROVIDERS
We use both Australia Post and Aramex to send Australian orders. The shipping company will be automatically selected for your order based on the delivery address, size of the order and type of shipping (standard or express). Both shipping companies provide an authority to leave service meaning that if no one is home, your order will be left in a safe place (if one exists). All international orders are sent with Australia Post.
All orders are dispatched from the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
