Subscription Box Terms, Conditions & Cancellation Policy

1. This product is a recurring subscription purchase.

2. When you purchase a subscription box product, you will receive repeat subscription boxes once a quarter and you are authorising us (On Their Desks Pty Ltd) to charge your payment method on a quarterly basis for each box. Your payment details will be stored securely.

3. All subscription box members are billed and receive boxes in the same month of each quarter - January, April, July and October.

4. You will be charged for your first box when you purchase this product and you will then be charged on 10th of the next subsequent billing month (10th of January, 10th of April, 10th of July and 10th of October).  

5. If you choose a quarter-by-quarter/cancel anytime option, you will continue to be charged in each subsequent quarter, until you cancel your membership. You may cancel at anytime, but must do so by 9th of the next subsequent billing month.

6. If you choose the one year/4 box commitment option, you are committing to your payment method being charged each quarter, for the full subscription commitment i.e. 4 boxes, and are unable to cancel until the commitment (4 payments) has been fulfilled. Once your commitment term has been fulfilled, you will automatically roll over to a quarter-by-quarter subscription but at the same discounted price of only $99.95 per box. Once your 4 box commitment has been fulfilled, you can cancel at any time providing you do so before the next renewal date (9th of January, April July, and October).

7. To manage your subscription including updating payment details or cancellation, please refer to your order confirmation details which have links to your account to do this or get in touch via info@onherdesk.com.au
