Shipping Countries and Rates

Standard shipping within Australia is free when you spend over $125 or a flat rate of $10 for orders less than $125.

Express shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $15.

International shipping is available to New Zealand, Europe, the UK and Canada. International shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and the delivery address.

Order Processing Times

All orders are monogrammed, processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days and are sent with tracking which will be emailed to you.

Shipping Delivery Times

Most Australian standard shipping orders will arrive within 2-6 business days from dispatch, and express shipping orders will arrive within 1-2 business days however once your order has been provided to the shipping company, the shipping timeframes are unfortunately out of our control and we recommend checking the tracking for an update on your order.

Monogramming is available on all of our vegan leather products in a predetermined position based on the size and type of product. Most products can accommodate up to 9 letters, with the exception of our smaller products which can accommodate up to 2 letters (initials). All monogramming is in uppercase Times New Roman font creating a timeless finish.

You can choose for your monogramming to be in gold, silver or rose gold foil.

If you would like your monogramming to match the design accents of the products, we would recommend silver foil for products from our Executive Collection, and gold foil for all other products.

All orders over $30 (excluding shipping) are wrapped in beautiful tissue paper and sent to you in premium boxes, so you can appreciate the full luxury experience that our brand is all about, when unboxing your new goodies.

Orders under $30 (excluding shipping) are also wrapped in tissue paper, but shipped in plain satchels instead of boxes.

Please select from either On Her Desk (feminine) packaging or On His Desk (masculine) packaging after you have added your items to cart via the cart pop-up. 

No receipt or paperwork is sent out with any of our orders which makes them perfect to send directly to your gift recipient.

To send products as a gift, please ensure you:

• Provide the recipient’s name and address as the shipping information, at checkout.
• If you are sending multiple gifts to different recipients, place each gifting order as a separate order to ensure your gifts are sent to separate addresses.

You can also choose to add an in-house designed luxury greeting card to your order and enter a personalised message to be handwritten inside. Just select the ‘Add greeting card’ option on the cart page after you have added your items to cart to select either a gold foil 'XOXO' card or masculine 'HEY YOU' card and provide your message.

• If you are not satisfied with your order once received, you can be offered an exchange less shipping costs. Please contact support@onherdesk.com.au to discuss this in the first instance and then you will need to send the product/s back at your own cost. The product/s need to be returned in the same condition. Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of receiving your order.
• Please note, this excludes any monogrammed products. As monogramming is a completely personalised finish, exchanges on monogrammed orders are unable to be offered unless your product has arrived damaged or with major faults or defects, in which case, please get in touch as per the email above.
