FAQs
When will my box arrive?
Your first box will be sent straight away! Then all future boxes are shipped at the same time each quarter, on or around the 20th of April, July, October, and January. You will receive a tracking notification via email when your box is on its way.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged for your first box upon subscribing, then your renewal fee will be charged on the 10th of each future respective quarter (July, October, January and April). For example, if you subscribe in November, your first box will be charged immediately, and then you will be charged for the next quarterly box on 10th January and so on.
What is your cancellation policy?
With the yearly subscription, you have committed to pay for the full period of the subscription i.e. one year/4 boxes. Once your commitment term has been fulfilled, you will automatically roll over to a quarter-by-quarter subscription and you can cancel at any time providing you do so before the next renewal date (10th of July, October, January and April).

What if I need to change my address or card details?
When you become a subscription box member, you will be sent an email with a password and a link to manage your subscription account. It is here that you can make changes to your shipping address or card details for future boxes. Any changes should be made before your next renewal date to guarantee they will take effect in time for your next box.
Can I send this as a gift?
Yes, you can purchase a subscription box plan for a friend or loved one. Just ensure you enter their name and address in the shipping details and it wil be your card that will be charged.
Can I find out what is in the box before subscribing?
This is a mystery subscription box. The products inside each box won’t be revealed until after each quarter’s box has shipped but they will all be unique products or limited edition colours exclusive to subscription box members. Subscription box products won’t be available to the public. You can be sure the products chosen are of the same quality and vibe as the rest of the On Her Desk range.
Can I choose which product is monogrammed or what letters I want to be monogrammed?
One of the products in every box will personalisable. The product in the box that will be monogrammed will be decided by On Her Desk. During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide your preferred initials to be monogrammed which will be added in the colour foil that best suits the specific product.
Can I use any other discount codes, gift vouchers or desk dollars towards subscription boxes?
Gift vouchers and other discount codes (including Desk Dollars discounts) are unable to be applied to subscription box purchases and subscription box purchases do not earn Desk Dollars.
Why can’t I checkout with Paypal or Afterpay?
Paypal and Afterpay do not currently allow recurring payments. As this is a subscription product, only a debit or credit card can be used to purchase.
Why is it not letting me sign into my On Her Desk account after I have selected a subscription length?
The subscription boxes use a different back-end system to all other On Her Desk products and so your usual On Her Desk account details will not be valid. Once you have selected your subscription length and are on the checkout page, you will need to enter your email address and then a subscription box account will automatically be created for you and a password sent to you via email for future reference for if you need to make any changes such as address or card details.
