Standard shipping within Australia is free when you spend over $125 or a flat rate of $10 for orders less than $125.

Express shipping is a flat rate of $15.

Standard shipping to New Zealand is free when you spend over $175 or a flat rate of $15 orders less than$175.

All orders are monogrammed, processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days and are sent with tracking which will be emailed to you.

Most standard shipping orders will arrive within 2-6 business days from dispatch, and express shipping orders will arrive within 1-2 business days however once your order has been provided to the shipping company, the shipping timeframes are unfortunately out of our control and we recommend checking the tracking for an update on your order.

Monogramming is available on all of our vegan leather products in a predetermined position based on the size and type of product. Most products can accommodate up to 8 letters, with the exception of our smaller products which can accommodate up to 2 letters (initials). All monogramming is in uppercase Times New Roman font creating a timeless finish.

For On Her Desk products, you can choose from gold, rose gold or silver foil. Please note, the branding (On Her Desk logo) on most products is in gold and so we recommend choosing gold foil for your monogramming if you would like it to match.

For On His Desk products, all monogramming is in gun metal grey foil.

All orders are wrapped in beautiful tissue paper and sent to you in gold foil detailed boxes, so you can appreciate the full luxury experience that On Her Desk is all about, when unboxing your new goodies.

No receipt or paperwork is sent out with any of our orders which makes them perfect to send directly to your gift recipient.

To send products as a gift, please ensure you:

• Provide the recipient’s name and address as the shipping information, at checkout.
• If you are sending multiple gifts to different recipients, place each gifting order as a separate order to ensure your gifts are sent to separate addresses.

You can also choose to add a luxury greeting card to your order and enter a personalised message to be handwritten inside, for just $5. Just choose the ‘add greeting card’ option at the top of this page. The gold foil 'XOXO' card will be used for On Her Desk orders and the masculine 'HEY YOU' card will be used for On His Desk orders.

• If you are not satisfied with your order once received, you can be offered an exchange less shipping costs. Please contact support@onherdesk.com.au to discuss this in the first instance and then you will need to send the product/s back at your own cost. The product/s need to be returned in the same condition. Exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of receiving your order.
• Please note, this excludes any monogrammed products. As monogramming is a completely personalised finish, exchanges on monogrammed orders are unable to be offered unless your product has arrived damaged or with major faults or defects, in which case, please get in touch as per the email above.
